Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do NOT offer refund digital products!!! ​
but we happy to work with you if something isn’t working!
Contact us within: 7 days of purchase with any problems.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. problems with network, duplicate order) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If for any reason the outcome is not what you expected, please reach out so we can help resolve the issue.
